DISCLAIMER: The whole story is unclear with what happens this is what we were told.

Police Officer helps EMT into truck to retrive the victim

KEOC news reporting on a near death shooting earlier this evening around 4:45 central time Reporter Jack Cole and Camera Man Thomas Hatton came upon a scene of a disabled garbage truck thinking it was a hit and run we got closer to the truck to see if anyone was inside as we did this an officer rolled up and instructed us to back away from the scene as we did an ambulance came on scene. The EMT and his years of medical experience and the officers field training they located the man in the back of the garbage truck where the EMT revived him and stabilized him.

Victim (left) EMT (right) posed together for our news report

After the EMT had stabilized the man and the officer secured the scene we made sure to speak to everyone involved with the accident today including the victim the EMT and the Police officer.

According to the Deputy he arrived on scene saw a disabled garbage truck and stated believed it to be a hit and run with firearms involved as he saw a bullet whole in one of the tires. during the time he was explaining this a man in a mask photo bombed our camera man which seems to becoming a trend here at KEOC.

once we were done speaking with the deputy we also had time to catch the EMT and victim and asked them what happened on scene tonight.

According to Billy Newman (EMT) it was not a hit and run but in fact it was a shooting, but on the same note can be heard telling in the officer he didn't know what happened possible ploy to stay out of police reports , maybe we will leave that to you to decide. when speaking to the victim Libtard Mouthhole he told KEOC he was protesting for the BLM (Black Lives Matter Movement) when he was apparently in his words "shot by that officer in the 5th vertebrate." Billy Newman can then be heard saying "privileged white man strikes the streets again.".

with all these different stories and sides it has this reporter asking what actually happened and whos at fault, the true north county sheriffs office are conducting an ongoing investigation into the incident so far no arrest have been made.
