Thursday, January 31st 2019, at roughly 5:00 AM EST a bright circle ripped thru the main core of the city. A bright light was seen shinning in front of the towns hall. This is a story that is reported once in a life time. And, some may think... are aliens real?
An anonymous citizen of the town quoted "That was a bright fuckin' light! Thought I was going to die!"
The bright circle seemed to directly target one figure in particular. As seen in the follow photograph from a posted surveillance camera of the town hall. You see the one figure that is directly in the middle of the bright circle. - Jack. Cole
